The Little Main Restigouche River is the right source river of the Restigouche River ( Rivière Ristigouche ) in the northwest of the Canadian province of New Brunswick .

The Little Main Restigouche River has its source 35 km northeast of Edmundston . It initially flows 30 km southeast before making a sharp turn and continuing northeast until it joins the Kedgwick River . The Gounamitz River , the most important tributary of the Little Main Restigouche River, flows into the river about 20 km before it on the left. The Little Main Restigouche River flows through the counties of Madawaska , Victoria and Restigouche . It has a length of 75 km. It drains an area of ​​1570 km².
