Kelly Liggan (born February 5, 1979 in Dublin ) is a former Irish tennis player .
Career
Liggan won a double title on the WTA Tour . At ITF tournaments you get four singles and seven doubles. Between 1999 and 2008 she played for the Irish Fed Cup team ; she won 19 of her 29 singles and five of her nine doubles games.
She played her last match on the women's tour in September 2009 at an ITF tournament in Spain.
