Kelly da Silva Santos (born November 10, 1979 in São Paulo , Brazil ) is a professional basketball player. She currently plays for the Seattle Storm in the Women's National Basketball Association .
Career
Women's National Basketball Association
Kelly Santos was selected in the 2001 WNBA Draft by the Detroit Shock in 54th place. Santos then played a total of 26 games for the Shock from 2001 to 2002. In 2003 she was put on the waiver list so that the Shock could part with her. In 2008 she returned to the WNBA when she was signed by the Seattle Storm .
International
In 2000 she won the bronze medal with the Brazilian national basketball team at the Summer Olympics in Sydney .
