Kengo Fukudome ( Japanese 福 留 健 吾 Fukudome Kengo ; born May 14, 1987 in Tottori Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Fukudome learned to play soccer on the school team at Sakai High School and the university team at Kansai University . He signed his first contract with SV Kriegsdorf in 2010. After that he played for 1. FC Niederkassel, SF Troisdorf and Alemannia Aachen and was in the meantime without a club for a few months. In September 2015 he moved to the football club Mito HollyHock , which played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League , and for which he played until February 2016. After another period without a club, he moved to third division Azul Claro Numazu in February 2017 and was signed by Albirex Niigata (Singapore) from the 2019/2020 season . Fukodome has been playing for Gainare Tottori since 2020 .
