Kenizé Mourad
Kenizé Mourad (* 1939 in Paris ) is a French journalist and writer .
Life
Kenizé Mourad was born in 1939 as the daughter of a Turkish sultana Selma (1916–1942) and an Indian rajah in Paris. She is thus a granddaughter of Sultan Murad V. Mourad studied psychology and sociology at the Sorbonne . After completing her studies, she worked as a reporter for the French weekly newspaper Nouvel Observateur . a. from the Middle East and India.
More than 1.5 million copies of her novel De la Parte de la Princesse Morte (In the name of the dead princess) were sold in France alone, making her one of the most successful authors in France.
