Kenneth MacMillan (cinematographer)

Kenneth MacMillan (born June 16, 1939 in London ) is a British cameraman .

Life

MacMillan graduated from the former London School of Printing and Graphic Arts in the late 1950s. He then initially worked in advertising. From 1961 he worked for the BBC , which he left again in the mid-1980s to work as an independent cameraman. From 1969 to 2002 inclusive he was involved in more than 30 film and long-distance productions as a cameraman. In 2006 he retired.

At the British Academy Film Awards 1990 he received a nomination for his work on Henry V. In 1983 he received a BAFTA TV Award, followed by two more nominations for the British Academy Film Award in 1986 and 1987.

In 1995 MacMillan received the CableACE Award .
