Life
Kenneth Donald Steiner was ordained a priest on May 19, 1962 .
Pope Paul VI appointed him on November 28, 1977 auxiliary bishop in Portland, Oregon and titular bishop of Avensa . The Archbishop of Portland, Oregon, Cornelius Michael Power , ordained him episcopal on March 2 of the next year ; Co- consecrators were Elden Francis Curtiss , Bishop of Helena , and Alfredo José Isaac Cecilio Francesco Méndez-Gonzalez CSC , Old Bishop of Arecibo .
On November 25, 2011, Pope Benedict XVI. the resignation put forward by Kenneth Donald Steiner for reasons of age. On March 4, 2014, Peter Leslie Smith was named his successor.
