Keri Herman (born August 16, 1982 in Minneapolis ) is an American freestyle skier . She starts in the freestyle disciplines.

Career

Herman has been participating in AFP World Tour competitions since 2008 . In the 2008/09 season she achieved second place in the Slopestyle at the European Freeski Open in Laax and third place and at the Winter Dew Tour in Breckenridge . In the AFP World Tour Slopestyle classification she came in second place. At the Winter X Games 2010 in Aspen and at the Winter X Games Europe 2010 in Tignes , she won the silver medal in Slopestyle. At the beginning of the 2010/11 season she came second on the Winter Dew Tour in Breckenridge . As the season progressed, as in the previous year, she won the silver medal in the Slopestyle at the Winter X Games in Aspen and at the Winter X Games Europe in Tignes. At the 2011 Freestyle Skiing World Championships in Park City , she won bronze in slopestyle. She finished the season in second place in the AFP World Tour Slopestyle Ranking. She made her debut in the World Cup in December 2011 in Copper Mountain and finished 14th in the halfpipe competition. In the 2012/13 season she won her first World Cup victories in Slopestyle in Ushuaia and Copper Mountain, and thus also won the Slopestyle World Cup. The following season he won again at the World Cup in Copper Mountain . At her first Olympic participation in Sochi in 2014 , she was tenth in the first-ever slopestyle competition. At the Winter X Games 2015 in Aspen , she won silver in slopestyle. In the 2015/16 season she won the Slopestyle at the Freeski Open in Cardrona and took second place in the Slopestyle at the European Freeski Open in Laax.
