The Ningde nuclear power plant ( Chinese 宁德 核 电厂 , Pinyin Níngdé Hédiànchǎng ) is a nuclear power plant near Ningde , in the east of the Fujian Province in the People's Republic of China . It is 70 kilometers as the crow flies north-northeast of the provincial capital Fuzhou , where over 6 million people live.
