Kevin Seeldraeyers (born September 12, 1986 in Boom ) is a former Belgian cyclist .

Athletic career

2005 Kevin Seeldraeyers won a stage in the U23 Tour Tour de l'Isard d'Ariege and finished the race second overall. In 2006 he decided a stage in the Giro della Valle d'Aosta for himself.

In 2007 Seeldraeyers received a contract with the ProTeam Quick Step . In 2009 he won the Paris-Nice youth championship . In the same year he contested his first Grand Tour with the Giro d'Italia 2009 . He won the Maglia Bianca for the best young driver and was fourth overall (was later corrected to tenth due to disqualifications). In 2013 he won two stages of the Tour of Austria - now with the Astana Pro Team . Up to and including 2012, he made seven major country tours; his best placement was 23rd at the Vuelta a España 2011 . In 2015 he ended his cycling career after his contract was not renewed by his former team Torku Şekerspor .
