Khurja is a city in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh .
Khurja is located in the North Indian Plain, 75 km southeast of New Delhi . The city is located in the Bulandshahr district .
The national highway NH 91 connects the city with the district capital Bulandshahr, 17 km to the north, and with Aligarh, 45 km to the south-southeast .
As a city, Khurja has the status of Nagar Palika Parishad . It is divided into 25 wards . At the 2011 census, Khurja had 111,062 inhabitants.
