The Kikuletwa (also Darjema) is a river in northern Tanzania in the Manyara region .
course
It rises on Mount Meru and also drains the southwest slopes of Kilimanjaro and the Shambarai swamp . The Kikuletwa is one of the source rivers of the Pangani and flows into the Nyumba-ya-Mungu reservoir . About 20 km before its mouth, it joins the Weruweru and from then on is also known as the Ronga.
Hydrometry
The Kikuletwa flows depending on the rainy season, like most rivers in the region. The data shown in the diagram were taken at a measuring station below the Weruweru tributary in m³ / s, approx. 20 km above the mouth of the Kikuletwa. The flow rate observed there (1952–2005) was fed by most of the river's catchment area (values read from a diagram)
