Jean Kasusula Kiritsho (born August 5, 1982 in Kisangani , Zaire ), also known as Kilitcho Kasusula , is a Congolese national football player .

Career

The full-back has been under contract with the Congolese top club TP Mazembe since 2004 . Previously, he played for Congolese amateur clubs and Rayon Sports in Rwanda . At the 2009 FIFA Club World Cup , he scored the goal in a 3-2 defeat by Auckland City FC to give them a 2-1 lead. With Mazembe he has won nine national championship titles so far . Internationally, too, he was able to celebrate numerous successes with the Les Corbeaux . They won the CAF Champions League three times , the CAF Confederation Cup twice and the CAF Super Cup three times .

Kasusula has played for the senior team of the Democratic Republic of the Congo since 2009 . He was also in the squad for the 2013 Africa Cup in South Africa and the 2015 Africa Cup in Equatorial Guinea . In the latter, he was able to achieve 3rd place with his home country.
