Kim Lamarre (born May 20, 1988 in Québec ) is a Canadian freestyle skier . She starts in the slopestyle discipline .

Career

Lamarre has been participating in the Afp World Tour competitions since 2008. In August 2010 she won her first win at the New Zealand Freeski Open in Cardrona . In February 2011 she barely missed a medal with fourth place at the Freestyle Skiing World Championships in Park City . The following month she won the bronze medal at the Winter X Games Europe in Tignes . At the beginning of the 2011/12 season she won silver at the New Zealand Winter Games in Cardrona and won the The North Face New Zealand Freeski Open in Cardrona . She completed her first FIS World Cup race in January 2013 in Copper Mountain , which she finished in 34th place. The following month, she finished second on the Dew Tour in Breckenridge . In the 2013/14 season she achieved fourth place at the World Cup in Breckenridge, her best ever World Cup result. In January 2014 she won the bronze medal at the Winter X Games in Aspen . At her first Olympic participation in Sochi in 2014 , she also won bronze. At the Freestyle Skiing World Championships 2017 in Sierra Nevada , she came 26th in Slopestyle.
