Kim Tae-hun ( Korean 김태훈 ; born August 15, 1994 in Wonju ) is a South Korean Taekwondoin . It starts in the class up to 58 kilograms.
Career
Kim became world champion for the first time in 2013 at the age of 18 . He defended this title in both 2015 and 2017 . In 2014 he won gold at the Asian Games and was also Asian champion. In 2018 he won another gold medal at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta .
At his first Olympic participation , in 2016 in Rio de Janeiro , he was eliminated in the first round against Tawin Hanprab , but then secured the bronze medal via the hope round .
