Ashok Bansal decides at a young age that money is the most important thing in life and that he has enough to own. In the process of attaining wealth, he neglects his family, which consists of his younger brother Anil and his sister Sunita.

He marries Sunita, who loves one of his employees, to a man who marries her because of her brother's wealth, cheats on her to the grain and in front of her eyes and treats her like a house slave. Anil defends himself against his brother's arbitrariness, marries Kavita and leaves the house.

Ashok's life changes forever when Munna enters his life. She ran away from an orphanage where the director and her partner treat the children badly. Munna initially wreaks havoc in Ashok's life, but when he brings her back to the home, he realizes that he is missing her. Realizing the importance of family, he decides to adopt them and reconnect with his own family.
