description

Church interior

The late Gothic church was consecrated around 1489 by the Eichstatt Bishop Wilhelm von Reichenau . From this period there is a letter of indulgence that made the church a place of pilgrimage in the 16th century. The tower of the church was built in 1610. Another structural change was the extension of the nave in 1927.

It is entered in the list of monuments as number D-1-76-123-340 .

Furnishing

Inside the church there is a late Gothic stone Madonna . The interior is dominated by the baroque design from 1727 with a high altar and two side altars. The Eichstatt painter Adam Weber created a Way of the Cross out of pictures in 1796 .
