Kirill Olegowitsch Ivanov ( Russian Кирилл Олегович Иванов ; born January 14, 1960 in Saint Petersburg , Russian SFSR ) is a former Soviet sports shooter .

successes

Kirill Ivanov took part in the Olympic Games in 1988 in Seoul for the Soviet Union and in 1992 in Barcelona for the United Team in two disciplines with the small-bore rifle. In the three-position battle, he placed third with 1275 points behind Malcolm Cooper and Alister Allan and thus won the bronze medal. In the recumbent position he took 15th place. Four years later he did not get past 24th place in the prone position, whereas in the three-position fight he clearly missed the medal position this time as 31st with 1150 points.

1982 Ivanov was in Caracas with the small caliber in both the individual and with the team standing stop world champion . He secured another team title in the three-position battle and finished second with the team on his knees. In the latter, he won the title for it in Suhl in 1986 , while he won silver in the three-position battle with the team and bronze with them in the standing position. A year later, Ivanov secured the individual title with the air rifle in Budapest and bronze with the team.
