The tractors of the Kirovets K-9000 series ( Russian Кировец К-9000 ) are heavy Russian agricultural machinery with an articulated handlebar design with all-wheel drive . The model series is the sixth generation of large tractors from the Kirov factory in Saint Petersburg and the successor to the Kirovets K-744R model .

The K-9000 series was designed by the manufacturer from 2008 and has been in series production since 2012. As the successor to the Kirovets K-744R , which continues to be produced, the K-9000 series is the sixth generation of post-war tractors from Saint Petersburg. There are a total of five different models, which mainly differ in terms of engine power. An eight-cylinder diesel engine is installed in the most powerful model, the K-9520, with just under 520 hp (382 kW). In contrast to its predecessor, all model versions are now equipped with engines from Mercedes-Benz .

Major updates have been made, especially in the gearbox area. Thus, dual clutches used, the most powerful version has a fluid transmission to be able to transmit the high forces. Air conditioning, radios and GPS controls are also installed. The installation of double tires is possible, the prices for the tractors are between 6.5 and 9 million rubles, depending on the version (as of March 2016, about € 81,000 to € 112,500).
