The Kirovets K-703 ( Russian Кировец К-703 ) is a heavy Soviet or later Russian tractor . The vehicle with articulated steering and all-wheel drive is produced by the Kirowwerk in Saint Petersburg and today serves as the basis for various construction and forestry machines.

The production of the Kirovets K-703 with 235 HP (173 kW) began in 1979. The body and cabin used today on the vehicle were first used in 1985 on the Kirovets K-701M, earlier models use parts of the Kirovets K-700A or Kirowets K- 701 . The vehicle, originally intended as the basis for various heavy forest machines, uses a similar eight-cylinder diesel engine from the production of the Jaroslawski Motorny Sawod and a similar transmission.

As of March 2016, the manufacturer is offering the model as a wheel dozer in various sizes, a wheel loader with a dozer blade, snow blower, mobile welding workshop and as a special device for setting electricity pylons. Motors of the type TMZ-8481.10 are also used in various vehicles. These are also eight-cylinder four-stroke diesel engines, but with an output of 350 hp (257 kW), a displacement of 17.24 liters and a torque of 1570 Nm.
