Klaus Roggors
Klaus Roggors (born February 4, 1956 in Legau ) is a German pianist and composer who was best known as a film composer , but also works as a shaman .
Live and act
Roggors studied school music in Mannheim and musicology in Heidelberg from 1978 to 1982. He initially worked as a jazz pianist and belonged to the Nightwork group with Dizzy Krisch and Klaus Kugel (album of the same name in 1982), then he increasingly worked as a composer and arranger. He was a lecturer at the Free Music Center in Munich and directed various jazz orchestras, such as the Jazzpoint Bigband in Wangen (with Corinne Chatel ). As a film composer he wrote the music for Die Leut 'at home , Time was beautiful and Heinrich the Säger ; he also composed for television (including Tatort ). He also wrote The Escape of an Angst for jazz orchestra, as well as string quartets and the Broken Mirrors suite for chamber orchestra.
