Klaus Rosenzweig

Klaus Rosenzweig (born August 28, 1939 in Glogau , Lower Silesia , † August 1, 2014 in Langenhagen ) was a German administrative lawyer and attorney.

Life

Rosenzweig studied law at the University of Hamburg . In 1960 he became a member of the Corps Concordia Rigensis . After graduating in 1970 he was promoted to Dr. iur. PhD . He went to the local government and became city ​​director of Rotenburg (Wümme) . At the Lower Saxony Association of Cities he was an alderman and later managing director. Most recently he was city director of Langenhagen . As a lawyer in Hanover , he mainly dealt with construction law and real estate law . He was involved in the German Association for Water Management, Sewage and Waste . As an honorary professor at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg , he taught environmental law and above all water law .
