Little Church (Alzey)
The small church is a former Lutheran church in Alzey , built between 1728 and 1731 .
history
The church was completely renovated in 1998 and rededicated on April 25, 1998. In 2005 another phase of renovation began, which aims to restore the church to its original state of 1731 and to reverse the structural changes made at the end of the 19th century.
organ
The organ was built in 1737 by the Stumm family of organ builders , presumably by Johann Michael Stumm , and restored in 1998 by the organ builder Förster & Nicolaus . The instrument has 21 stops on two manuals and a pedal . The actions are mechanical.
