Aba small area

The Aba small area ( Hungarian Abai kistérség ) was a Hungarian administrative unit ( LAU 1) within Fejér County in Central Transdanubia in Hungary until the end of 2012 . In the course of the administrative reform of 2013 it was dissolved and divided into the districts of Székesfehérvár (Hungarian: Székesfehérvári járás ) (7 localities) and Sárbogárd (Hungarian: Sárbogárdi járás ) (2 localities).

At the end of 2012, 23,011 inhabitants lived in an area of ​​467.16 km². The administrative seat was the rural community Aba (4,484 Ew.).
