Sárbogárd small area

The small area Sárbogárd ( Hungarian Sárbogárdi kistérség ) was a Hungarian administrative unit ( LAU 1) within Fejér County in Central Transdanubia in Hungary until the end of 2012 . In the course of the administrative reform of 2013, it was transferred to the successor district of Sárbogárd ( Hungarian Sárbogárdi járás ), the new district was reinforced by two villages from the small Aba area .

At the end of 2012, 22,626 people lived in the small area of ​​Sárbogárd on an area of ​​561.27 km². Administrative seat was the only city, Sárbogárd (12.508 Ew.).

The second most populous place was the large municipality Cece (Hungarian Nagyközség ) with 2,589 inhabitants. With 44 inhabitants per km², the small area had the lowest population density in the county .
