The Fred Conrad Koch Lifetime Achievement Award is the highest honor awarded by the Endocrine Society , an international society for endocrinology based in Washington, DC The award is given for the lifetime achievement or outstanding contribution of individuals in the field of endocrinology.

Fred Conrad Koch was the company's 19th president. He made a particular contribution to researching testicular function . In 1957, his widow, Elizabeth Koch, donated the award in his memory.
