Kōji Hashimoto ( Japanese 橋本 晃 司 Hashimoto Kōji ; born April 22, 1986 in Ishikawa Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Hashimoto learned to play soccer on the school team at Seiryo High School and the university team at Meiji University . He signed his first contract with Nagoya Grampus Eight (today: Nagoya Grampus) in 2006 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . With the club he became Japanese champion in 2010 . In 2011 he was runner-up in the J1 League with the club. For the club, he completed five first division games. In 2012 he moved to the second division Mito HollyHock . For the club, he completed 77 league games. In 2014 he moved to the first division club Omiya Ardija . For the club he completed 16 first division games. In 2015 he moved to league rivals Kawasaki Frontale . For the club he completed nine league games.
