Kollersberg is a district of the town of Hauzenberg in the Lower Bavarian district of Passau .

location

The village is located in the Abbey land east about four and a half kilometers of Hauzenberg on the southern slope of the Ruhmannsberges . Adjacent to the west are the villages of Germannsdorf and Röhrendobl , the development of which merges with Kollersberg.

history

Kollersberg was first mentioned in two court documents dated January 1258. In these documents, two nobles, among other things, were deprived of their fiefdoms in Kollersberg because they had attacked public roads and thereby harmed Bishop Otto .

Kollersberg was a district of the former municipality of Germannsdorf until the end of 1971 and had twenty residential buildings and 119 inhabitants at the 1961 census. At the last census in 1987, the place had 17 residential buildings and 76 inhabitants.
