× Gasteraloe is an emergency genus from the subfamily of the Affodill family (Asphodeloideae). Their hybrid parents are the genera Gasteria and Aloe .

description

The Nothoarten the Nothogattung Gasteraloe usually grow stemless or nearly stemless and usually form cushion. The leaves are arranged in rosettes . Their leaf surface is differently spotted or warty. There are teeth on the edge of the leaf .

The inflorescence that appears to the side is simple or branched. Its panicles are loose. The zygomorphic , nodding or spreading flowers are stalked and provided with bracts . Your perigone is occasionally swollen at its base. Often it is above the ovary bent. The perigone is usually reddish at the base and greenish towards the tip. The perigone are often longer than the perigone tube. The stamens and the stylus barely protrude from the flower.
