Konaközü is a village in the district Yildizeli the Turkish province of Sivas . Konaközü is located about 63 km west of the provincial capital Sivas and 28 km southwest of Yıldızeli. According to the last census, Konaközü had 24 inhabitants (as of December 2010). The population consists mainly of Ossetians .
