Kapaklıkaya is a village in the district Yildizeli the Turkish province of Sivas . Kapaklıkaya is located about 62 km southwest of the provincial capital Sivas and 31 km southwest of Yıldızeli. Kapaklıkaya had 126 inhabitants according to the last census (as of December 2010). The population consists mainly of Ossetians and Turks .
