Konrad Hammetter

Konrad Hammetter (born September 27, 1898 in Ziersdorf , Hollabrunn district, † October 16, 1941 in Schadanowa ) was an Austro-German politician ( NSDAP ).

Hammetter, a postal worker by profession, joined the NSDAP in 1930. In this he took over tasks as district leader of the NSDAP district Korneuburg . From April 1933 he was a member of the Stockerau municipal council . From March 1935 to January 1936 and from August 1936 to December 1937 he also served as district leader of the Marchfeld district of the NSDAP. Before the German invasion of Austria in March 1938, Hammetter was arrested several times for his work in the NSDAP.

Hammetter joined the National Socialist Reichstag as a member of the National Socialist Reichstag on April 2, 1941 in the replacement procedure for the resigned MP Johann Esel , to which he belonged as a representative of Austria until his death in October of the same year .

Hammetter died on October 16, 1941 as a participant in the war against the Soviet Union .
