Konrad Roritzer was a master builder at Regensburg Cathedral from 1456 to around 1478, when his eldest son Matthäus Roritzer can be verified in this office. Konrad Roritzer worked on the west facade of the Regensburg Cathedral and on the second construction phase of the hall choir of the Lorenz Church in Nuremberg (1455–1466). In 1474 he examined the vaulting of the Frauenkirche in Munich, which Jörg von Halspach , known as Ganghofer, had designed. He also acted as a consultant for church buildings in Nördlingen (1461), Vienna (1462) and Eger (1472).
