Konstantin Alexandrowitsch Glasatschow ( Russian Константин Александрович Глазачёв ; born February 18, 1985 in Arkhangelsk ) is a Russian ice hockey player who has been under contract with Admiral Vladivostok since September 2017 .

Career

Konstantin Glazachev began his career in 2001 in the second team of Lokomotiv Yaroslavl . In the 2003 NHL Entry Draft , the Nashville Predators selected him in the second round in 35th place. In 2004 the striker moved to the Russian club HK Sibir Novosibirsk . In the 2005/06 season he returned to Yaroslavl. In 2006 he was signed by the Russian first division club Amur Khabarovsk for one season. Glasachev spent the 2007/08 season at Metallurg Novokuznetsk . The Russian has been under contract with his current club, Barys Astana from Kazakhstan , since 2008. In the 2008/09 season he completed 56 games in the preliminary round and was able to record 52 scorer points (28 goals and 24 assists) and 30 penalty minutes. Thus Glasatschow became the second best scorer of his team and the ninth best scorer in the entire league. There were also three games in the play-off round of 16, where he received two penalty minutes and scored three goals.

2010 moved Glasatschow together with Jozef Stümpel and Maxim Spiridonow to the league rivals HK Dinamo Minsk . Another year later, Glasatschow moved with Spiridonow to HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk , while Stümpel went to HK Spartak Moscow . In November 2011 he was transferred again within the KHL, this time to Ak Bars Kazan .

In July 2012, Glazachev was signed by the SKA Saint Petersburg . In the middle of October of the same year his contract was terminated and Glazachev returned to Sibir Novosibirsk. For Sibir he played until December 20, 2012 before he changed clubs again and was committed by HK Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk .

From May 2013 Glazachev was under contract with HK Dynamo Moscow and completed over 75 KHL games for the club before he was put on the waiver list in September 2015 and was signed by HK Spartak Moscow .

International

In 2003, Glasachev played with the U18 juniors of the Russian Federation at the Junior World Championships and won the bronze medal.
