Konstantin Georgijewitsch Aladaschwili ( Russian Константин Георгиевич Аладашвили , born November 27, 1977 in Krasnoyarsk ) is a former Russian skeleton pilot .

Konstantin Aladashvili began playing skeleton in 1999. Since 2000 he was part of the national squad of Russia. The sports soldier competed for the army sports club in his hometown. In February 2000 he contested his first World Cup race in Winterberg and was 51. Up to and including January 2002, races at the lower level in the European and Challenge Cup followed . In December 2001 the Russian achieved his first single-digit result in the European Cup with fifth place in Igls , and seventh in the overall ranking of the racing series . The high point of Aladashvili's sporting career was participation in the 2002 Winter Olympics fromSalt Lake City , where skeleton competitions were held for the first time since 1948. Aladashvili took 22nd place. In the 2002/03 season he started again in the World Cup and always placed in the 20s range. He finished the European Skeleton Championships in 2003 in 22. In the summer, Aladashvili took part in the 2003 Skeleton Kick-Off Championships and just missed a medal in fourth place. For the first time among the top ten, Aladashvili drove in eighth place at the World Cup race in Sigulda in February 2004. He also achieved the same result at the 2004 European Skeleton Championships in Altenberg . At the subsequent World Cup he reached 17th place. The last major event for the Russian was the European Skeleton Championship 2005 in Altenberg, where he placed 18th. Aladashvili contested his last international races towards the end of 2006.
