The Kopsis Glacier ( Bulgarian ледник Копсис lednik Kopsis ) is a 13 km long and 4 km wide glacier in the West Antarctic Ellsworthland . It is located on the east side of the north-central part of the Sentinel Range in the Ellsworth Mountains , flows from Panicheri Gap , Voysil Peak and Mount Gozur in a northeasterly direction and flows northwest of Mirovyane Peak into the Embree Glacier .
American scientists mapped it in 1988. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2011 after the medieval city of Kopsis in central Bulgaria .
