Koschka left hand

Koschka Linkerhand (* 1985 ) is a German author and feminist . She represents a materialistic feminism.

life and work

Linkerhand grew up in Leipzig and studied German and philosophy there . After working in Denmark and Hamburg , Linkerhand lives again in Leipzig, where she works part-time in a socio-educational profession and devotes the rest of her time to feminist activism and literary work.

She has published texts in Jungle World , EMMA , Konkret , Waspennest and Phase 2, among others , and is an editorial member of outside the box - magazine for feminist social criticism .

In 2017, a contribution by her appeared in the collective work Beißreflexe edited by Patsy L'Amour LaLove , which was particularly controversial in the left and queer feminist scene. In the spring of 2018, Linkerhand published the anthology Feministische Streititen , in which the authors describe what a modern materialistic feminism can look like as an alternative to the currently popular identity- political queer feminism . In the fall of 2018, Linkerhand's first literary work, Die Irrfahrten der Anne Bonnie , was published, an adventure novel about the pirates Anne Bonny and Mary Read .
