Kotlari Peak

Kotlari Peak (English; Bulgarian връх Котлари wrach Kotlari ) is a 1200  m high and mostly icy mountain in the Stribog Mountains on the Brabant Island in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises 4.73 km southeast of Trambesh Peak , 8.64 km west-southwest of Momino Point , 1.88 km northwest of Zelenika Peak and 3 km northeast of Mount Imhotep in the central section of Gutsal Ridge . Its steep south-west slopes are partly not icy. The Balanstra Glacier is northeast and the Hippocrates Glacier is southwest of it.

British scientists mapped it in 1980 and 2008. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2015 after the town of Kotlari in southern Bulgaria .
