Cracow School of Mathematicians
The Cracow School of Mathematics was one of the three centers of the so-called Polish School of Mathematics , along with the Warsaw and Lviv Mathematical Schools . The Krakow mathematics school was in the years 1918 - 1939 represented by the following mathematicians:
- Stanisław Gołąb
- Franciszek Leja
- Władysław Ślebodziński
- Tadeusz Ważewski
- Stanislaw Zaremba
- Kazimierz Żorawski
They worked at the Jagiellonian University and the Cracow Mining and Metallurgy Academy . Her work focused on differential equations , analytical functions and differential geometry .
