The wreath Peak is a 2,680 m high mountain in the West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . In the Queen Maud Mountains it rises 10 km northwest of Mount Przywitowski between the heads of the Holdsworth and Bartlett glaciers .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1967 after Arthur C. Kranz (1923-2004), staff officer for meteorology in the support units of the United States Navy in Antarctica in Operation Deep Freeze of 1966 and 1967.
