Consulting and sales concept

In 2011, the Kreissparkasse Wiedenbrück stipulated in its advisory concept that, unlike the majority of financial institutions, there are no product-related targets for advisors. Instead, 'soft criteria' were set as the benchmark for the quality of advice, which are based on the frequency of customer contacts and the range of content of the advice discussions. With this concept, the Kreissparkasse wants to further improve the quality of advice and focus on "sustainable success through long-term loyalty of satisfied customers". Customers should no longer have the feeling of "being pushed to buy products that do not meet their needs". "Hardly any other institute is as radical as Wiedenbrück," judged the Neue Westfälische . Der Spiegel even describes the Kreissparkasse Wiedenbrück as the "avant-garde of the German banking landscape." The Bielefeld consumer center also welcomes the new concept that it is "significantly more customer-friendly."

history

The Kreissparkasse Wiedenbrück was founded in 1855 and the KSK statutes were signed by King Friedrich Wilhelm IV in Sanssouci .
