Building description

View from the southwest

The building was erected as a hall church mainly from sand-lime brick and dark bricks on a base made of uncut and only slightly layered field stones . The choir is straight and has not moved in. On its north-west side there is a rectangular door on each of the two outer sides in the lower area and a small, tall rectangular window on the outside. In the gable , the craftsmen made a large cross from brick.

The nave has a rectangular floor plan. On the north-east and south-west side of the ship there are six tall rectangular windows each, arranged in pairs. Access is via a pressed segment arched portal from the southeast. To the northeast there are five rectangular windows on the lower floor . They will be extended by an extension to the northeast, which will be optically integrated into the rest of the building by a towing roof . On the northeast side are two small, rectangular windows. The facade on the south-east side is dominated by a large, centrally mounted ox-eye . Above it are two openings arranged in pairs. Two further openings are located in the tower itself. They visually lead to a large cross, which was also created with protruding bricks in the building. On the other sides there are one or two sound arcades . The tower has a transverse gable roof .
