Krimhild Niestädt

Krimhild Niestädt born Fischer (* 13. December 1950 in Naumburg (Saale) ) is a German politician of the SPD and since 2002 deputy parliamentary leader of the SPD faction in the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt .

Life and work

After graduating from polytechnic high school in 1967, she began vocational training as a skilled chemical worker in 1969. In 1982 she qualified as an industrial clerk at the Naumburg furniture factory. From 1985 to 1991 she took a part-time distance learning course in business administration. At the same time she was head of the economic control / cost accounting department and then chief accountant at NARVA (GW Naumburg). Between 1991 and 1999 Niestädt was the administrative manager at the State Broadcasting Committee of Saxony-Anhalt .

Niestädt is married and has one son.

politics

In March 1990 she joined the SPD. Since 1993 she has been a member of the SPD district executive Burgenlandkreis . Niestädt has been a member of the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt since 1999. She took over for Wolfgang Eichler , as he had resigned his state parliament mandate in the course of his appointment as State Secretary. Niestädt is a member of the Council of Elders and the Finance Committee. From 1998 to 2002 she was a member of the Burgenland District Council .
