Kristian Bliznac (born May 27, 1983 in Gothenburg ) is a former Swedish handball player and current handball coach .

The 2.04 meter tall and 104 kilogram left backcourt player initially played for Kärra HF, HP Warta, IK Heim and Emmelle Naca Teramosteht. From 2006 to 2012 Bliznac was under contract with Alingsås HK , with whom he won the championship in 2009. He then moved to IK Sävehof . From there Bliznac went to the German handball Bundesliga for HSG Wetzlar for the 2013/14 season . In summer 2016 he joined the Swiss NLA club Kadetten Schaffhausen . Bliznac moved to Norwegian first division side Elverum Håndball in January 2017 . With Elverum he won the Norwegian championship in 2017. He then joined the German first division club Rhein-Neckar Löwen . The Rhein-Neckar Löwen he won in 2017 the DHB Supercup and 2018 the DHB Cup . After the 2017/18 season Bliznac ended his career and took over the coaching position of the Norwegian club Fjellhammer IL.

With Alingsås he played in the EHF Champions League (2009/2010).

Kristian Bliznac made ten caps for the Swedish national team , in which he scored nine goals.
