Kristian Ipsen (born October 20, 1992 in Walnut Creek ) is an American water diver . He starts for the Diablo Divers team in the disciplines of artificial jumping from the 1-meter and 3-meter board as well as in the 3-meter synchronized jumping. At international championships he jumps together with Troy Dumais , at junior competitions with Michael Hixon .
Ipsen won his first international medal with Dumais at the 2009 World Championships in Rome with silver in the 3 m synchronized jumping. In 2010 he also won silver with Hixon at the Junior World Championship. Ipsen won silver again with Dumais in the 3-meter synchronized jumping at the Pan American Games 2011 in Guadalajara .
