Kristin Fraser ( Azerbaijani Kristin Freyzer ; born February 29, 1980 in Palo Alto , California ) is a former American figure skater who started her career with her partner, Russian-born Igor Lukanin, for Azerbaijan in 2000 , before ending her career in 2009.

She started ice skating at the age of seven. Her previous partners were Peter Kongkasem and Jonathan Nichols. Most recently she ran for the Army Sports Club, Baku . She was trained by Nikolai Morozov and Alexei Gorshkov. The choreographer was Peter Tchernyshev.

Lukanin and Fraser achieved the best placement at world championships in 2008 with 11th place. At the European Championships in 2007 they achieved their best result with 7th place. Her best placement in other competitions was winning the Golden Spin 2006 in Zagreb , a second place at the Karl Schäfer Memorial 2005 in Vienna and four 4th places at the MasterCard Skate Canada International 2005 in St. John's , Newfoundland and the Cup of China 2005 in Beijing and the Nebelhorn Trophy 2001/2002.

Even if fashion items and the like are not allowed, Fraser wore glasses for the first time at the original dance of the EM 2009.
