Kristin Heiss (born July 10, 1983 in Eberswalde ) is a German politician ( Die Linke ) and has been a member of the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt since 2016 .

Kristin Heiß grew up in Wolmirstedt and studied political science and sociology at the University of Magdeburg from 2003 to 2009 . She then worked for the Education and Science Union , and from 2012 in the press office at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Saxony-Anhalt . She then worked as a personal advisor to Minister of Social Affairs Norbert Bischoff until mid-2015 . Until she moved into the state parliament, she worked as a consultant for the integration officer Susi Möbbeck .

In 2005, he joined the party Die Linke . In 2006 she ran in the state elections, but missed the move. In the state elections in Saxony-Anhalt in 2016 , she received a mandate on her party's state list.
