Krisztina Triscsuk ( Russian Кристина Александровна Трищук / Kristina Alexandrovna Trishchuk; born July 17, 1985 in Boksitogorsk , Soviet Union ) is a handball player who belongs to the squad of the Hungarian national team. The native Russian took on the Hungarian citizenship in October 2012.
Career
Triscsuk played for the Russian club KSK Lutsch Moscow until 2004. After the backcourt player ran up for the Hungarian club Veszprém Beton KC in the 2004/05 season, she joined Fehérvár KC . In 2013 she signed a contract with league rivals Erdi VSE from Érd . A season later she moved to Dunaújvárosi KKA . With Dunaújvárosi Kohász KA she won the EHF Cup in 2016 . In the 2016/17 season, she ran for league rivals Siófok KC . She then joined Kisvárda KC . In August 2018, Triscsuk was signed by the German Bundesliga club Thüringer HC to compensate for Beate Scheffknecht's injury-related loss . In the summer of 2019 she returned to Dunaújvárosi.
Krisztina Triscsuk played her first international match for Hungary at the European Championships on December 11, 2012 . During the tournament she scored two goals and won the bronze medal with Hungary. A year later she was part of the Hungarian squad at the World Cup . She took part in the 2014 European Championship .
