The Krokberget ( Norwegian for Krummer Berg ) is a 1550 m high mountain in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises south-southwest of the outpost in the eastern foothills of the Fimbulheimen .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named it descriptively in 1973.
