Krzysztof Janusz Paczuski
Krzysztof Janusz Paczuski (born May 7, 1956 in Lublin , † September 3, 2004 in Warsaw ) was a Polish poet .
Life
Paczuski studied polonistics at the Catholic University of Lublin from 1975 to 1983 and graduated with a master's degree. He took part in poetry competitions at an early stage and made his debut in 1974 at Nowy Wyraz. From 1982 to 1992 he worked as a teacher, from 1993 he was editor of the quarterly publication "Akcent" .
Krzysztof Janusz Paczuski took part in the German-Polish literary festival “wortlust” in Leipzig in 1995 and in Lublin in 1997, was present at the Leipzig Book Fair in 1993 with his translator Dieter Kalka and was on a reading tour through Saxony and Thuringia. His sonnet “Nad ranem. Kołysanka “was set to music by Dieter Kalka.
Paczuski died on September 3, 2004 in Warsaw and is buried in Kazimierz Dolny .
